The chalets were all constructed in the early 1980's with 99 year leases. To our knowledge, all leases retain the original 99-year term.

Use of the chalets is governed by leases and local planning regulations which allow "holiday use only" and owners should have a permanent address elsewhere.

Most chalets permit use for either 37 weeks or 47 weeks per year - as specified in each individual lease.
