Kingsdown Park and the KPCOA

The KPCOA is independent of the Holiday Park owners. It was formed to represent the common interests of chalet owners and the vast majority of owners are members of the Association.

We have an elected committee and formally act as a Recognised Tenants’ Association whereby the members work together to represent our common interests. We are recognised as such for the purposes of section 29 of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985.

In addition, we seek to make the park a great place to stay!
